Mikael Kinanen (b. 1989 in Helsinki) is a Finnish visual artist studying for Masters’ degrees at Aalto University School of Art, Design and Architecture, and at the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts. He combines these studies in fine art and curating with an ongoing academic interest in hard-core philosophy. Kinanen utilizes multiple media, from art games and situational practices to text based artworks and photography.
